Imagine, for the average cost of a one month new car payment, you can purchase a complete annual physical exam with necessary and appropriate labs and a membership in our organization that entitles you unlimited office visits for one full year. Finally a clinic designed to accommodate all situations. While we have regular, pay as you go, office hours, we additionally offer a membership to any of our clients who wish to pay for our premium package annual exam at the onset of their membership and annually thereafter. They can then receive free clinic visits for the rest of the year. Yes, you heard right. No additional cash or co pay for office visits for rest of the year. Although walk in patients will be allowed, optimal and timely service will be best achieved by securing an appointment prior to arrival. Patients with appointments will be seen promptly if they arrive on time and walk in patients will be seen between patients with appointments. If you do not have insurance or only have major medical coverage, our membership is ideal for you. This program will provide office services at “The Clinic for All”. The Membership does not cover services normally rendered outside the office which include: Hospitalizations Surgery Prescriptions Specialist This is not insurance Individuals or small businesses who have considered or currently have HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS will find our membership might compatible with saving health care dollars. These accounts allow for significant tax deductions. Limitations Individuals with Medicaid, Medicare, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) and other traditional insurance are not eligible Membership benefits include: Office Visits and Consultations Sports, School and DOT Physicals Phone Consultations
